Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to: EU and plan to ship to the rest of the world.
2. Shipping costs and delivery times

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Delivery estimates count from dispatch, and you will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
3. Customs and import fees (non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, VAT or import fees may apply. These are charged by your local authorities and are your responsibility as the buyer. Note that some countries restrict the import of food products — please check your local rules before ordering.
4. Delays and missing parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at shifaoriginsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
5. Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we can resend it against a new shipping fee, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
